This amazing rub has a long shelf life, so larger batches can be mixed and saved for future uses.
Mix ingredients together and set aside. Rub oil into your meat of choice and generously coat with the spice mixture. Let marinate so flavors get into the meat. Grill or pan sear until a nice crust forms. Finish in the oven until meat reaches 130°F. Let meat rest before slicing.
