Ranch Lettuce Salad

- 1 lb. european or garden salad
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup black olives, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup fat-free Ranch dressing
- 1 cup croutons
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add dressing and toss again. Serve with croutons.
