Southern Pork Chops

- 4 pork rib chops
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 Tbs. paprika
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. sage, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Prepare grill or broiler.
Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Press seasoning mixture into pork chops with hands to adhere.
Grill pork chops 7-8 minutes per side or until cooked throughout.
